Japanese & Portuguese Fusion Culinary Competition

Competition Goal

In this September, Taipa Village Cultural Association will be presenting《Japanese Culture and Music Festival》with a series of workshops, handcraft booths, food booths and other cultural activities for guests to experience.

To warm up the festival, a pre-heat program entitled《Japanese & Portuguese Fusion Culinary Competition》will be jointly held with the Macau University of Science and Technology,  with an aim to encourage a unique cultural mix between Japanese and Portuguese through culinary exchange.
