Ever since opening its doors in the heart of Taipa Village in 2007, Award-winning Portuguese restaurant António has delighted its guests with an exquisite range of authentic Portuguese cuisine created from the very finest of ingredients. Pioneered by renowned Chef António Coelho, António is the home of traditional Portuguese flare for local and international visitors to Macau.
Since opening, António has established itself as a renowned venue for fine dining in Macau, and has been recommended by the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau for the past years. António has contributed significantly to Taipa Village Macau’s status as a culturally-rich, non-gaming destination and an epicurean paradise that offers an international feast of flavours, brimming with innovative concepts and culinary skill.

- Participant is required to redeem the entry ticket at the designated ticketing offices of Kong Seng with the booking credit card and valid personal identification document.
- Each class can accommodate a maximum of 5 participants
- Please advise any specific dietary habits and allergy issues at the time of booking
- Please wear comfortable outfit and shoes for easy moving around
Transfer
- Once the booking is made with entry ticket issued, cancellation is not allowed.
- The booking can be transferred to another person if the registered participant is not able to attend the cooking class on the captioned date. The endorsed participant is required to present either the entry ticket or authorisation letter.
Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation and refund are only applied under the circumstance of typhoon hoisted signal T8 to T10.
- Organiser will notify the participants 24 hours in advance regarding the class cancellation and refund arrangement.
Verification
1. Personal verification:
Upon arrival at the restaurant, participant is required to present the entry ticket or the booking information (full printed name on valid personal identification document), email address and contact number for verification purpose.
2. Replacement verification:
Upon arrival at the restaurant, participant is required to present the entry ticket or authorisation letter which shall prove the endorsement from the original booking person.
Insurance
- Chef will ensure the safety condition of the class venue.
- No insurance will be covered for any third parties injuries during the class.
- The organiser and restaurant will not be responsible for any injuries and health issues of the participant during the class.

Bella Taipa is a modern Italian restaurant located in a quaint and relaxing alley of Taipa Village, offering diners a getaway moment from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests will not only find the traditional Italian cuisine, but also a range of modernised versions of the traditional recipes that are beloved. In addition, Bella Taipa also provides a variety of beverages and wines to create a perfect combination.
Executive Chef Jonathan Dominguez is from Tuscany (Central Italy), he is the first member of the Italian Chef Federation (F.I.C.) in Macau, and has taken part in a number of gastronomic events starring Michelin Star Chefs, F.I.C. chefs, F.I.C. professors and food enthusiasts. He is passionate about Italian cuisine and brought with him more than a decade of culinary experience and skills to Bella Taipa, where he crafted a comprehensive menu which reflects the flavours of different parts of Italy from North to South, resulting in an intriguing combination of tastes, scents and colours. Therefore, guests can have the opportunity to encounter the full experience that Italian cuisine has to offer.

Adding to her widespread acclaim, Florita has travelled to many countries to promote the art of Macanese gastronomy and rich culinary traditions. She aims to preserve and sustain the legacy of Macanese cuisine in Macau’s gastronomic scene, and to inspire the community with the authenticity of Macanese food, with all her best endeavours.
True to her fame, Florita was recently invited by Wynn Resorts Macau as the one of the guest chefs for a series of gastronomy sessions of 2019 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants event.
